Kids Making Art 2014 – Here We Go!

Happy New Year for 2014!

I hope you all are refreshed, bright-eyed and ready to make some awesome art this term.

We had a fabulous time last year at 'Kids Make Art' and this year is shaping up to be
even more exciting.

This term is jam-packed with fun studio projects to express your creativity and unlock your
inner artist. You can never explore and play with colour, shape, line, tone, texture, pattern, painting, drawing, collaging, printing, sculpting and designing TOO MUCH!

Friday ‘Kids Make Art’ sessions will be commencing on the week beginning back at school.
That is Friday the 31st January.

Tuesday & Wednesday ‘Kids Make Art’ sessions will be commencing on the 2nd week
back at school. That is Tuesday the 4th & Wednesday the 5th February.

As usual each Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday session runs for 2 hours after school, 4
to 6pm, and is directed towards 6-12 year old artists.

Both sessions include afternoon tea* in addition to the supply of all art materials
and equipment.

For your information – as you may have noticed there is now a new Tuesday ‘Kids Make
Art’ after-school art session. As this is a new time it will only go ahead if I
can attract at least 3-4 young artists. So if you know of anyone who may be
interested, I would love it if you could let them know.

*Snacks and drinks provided are (water/juice box, popcorn, rice crackers, cheese and/or
biscuits, simple stuff). Please let me know if your child has any allergies, food intolerances, dietary requirements etc.

ON THE FINANCIAL SIDE:

For the 9-week Art Session Term, the upfront payment is $250 per young artist at one
session per week.

Or $32 per session for casual - week by week – bookings.

NOTE: the Friday group’s 9-week term starts first week back to school as NO art session
on the final day of school term, Friday 4th April due to early school finish & holiday plans etc.
